Bulgogi


*** Bulgogi ***

- Ingredients -

A
* 1 lb Beef (sliced thinly and cut 3 inches)

B
* 1/2 Cup blended Onions or
(1/4 Cup blended Asian Pear + 1/4 Cup blended Onions)
* 3 Tbsp Sugar
* 1 Tbsp White wine

C
* 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
* 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
* 1/3 tsp peeled and grated Ginger
* 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
* 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
* 1 Tbsp Asian Corn Syrup (Moolyert)
* 1 tsp Sesame Oil
* 2 Green Onions (cut into 2.5 to 3 inch pieces)
* 1/2 Sliced Carrot

1 tsp Olive Oil



- Cooking Instructions -

1. In large bowl marinade A and B at least 1 hours.

2. In small bowl mix C.

3. Add all then let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
(the longer, the better)

3. Heat the frying pan or grill(barbecue) with the olive oil and cook.

4. For finishing touch, sprinkle some sesame seed and serve.
