(yang - nyeom - gan - jang)
~ seasoned soy sauce ~
- Ingredients -
* 3 Tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp baked sesame seeds
* l/2 tsp sugar (optional)
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
* 1 Tbsp chopped onion
* 1/2 Tbsp red and green hot pepper or jalepeno
(optional)
Mix well all ingredients and serve in a small dipping bowl.
(For baked tofu, fresh soft tofu, muk, jeon, mandoo-dumpling etc.)
