*** Cold Seafood & Vegetables ***
~ Korean sweet, sour & spicy dish ~
A.
* 10 pc cooked shrimps
* 2 ~ 3 crab meat sticks
* 1/2 pound pickle (sherd - 2 cups)
* 1 & 1/2 oz carrot (sherd - 1/4 cup)
B. Sauce
* 3~4 pc garlic ( minced - 1 Tbsp )
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 3 & 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
* 3 Tbsp sugar
* 1 ~ 1 & 1/2 tsp wasabi (tube)
* 1 & 1/2 tsp olive oil
* 1 tsp soy sauce or pinch of salt
- Cooking Direction –
1. Rinse the cooked shrimps in cold water and drain.
2. Remove excess water from cooked shrimps with a paper towel.
3. Shred lengthwise crab sticks and cut in half.
4. Rinse and shred pickle.
5. Peele and shred carrot.
** sauce
1. Mince garlic.
2. In a small bowl, add all sauce ingredients.
3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
