Moo Kimchi (sweet & sour radish)






*** Moo Kimchi ( mu - kim - chi ) ***
 ~ sweet & sour radish ~


- ingredient –

A
* 1 1/5 pound white radish

B
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/3 cup vinegar
* 2/3  tsp salt


- Cooking Instruction -

1. Peel the radish and cut into (2/3
 x  2/3)inches cubes. (1 pound)

2. In a bowl mix well B ingredient untill the sugar and salt dissolved.

3. Add the radish cubes and soak for over 5 hours.
    
4. Put the Moo kimchi in an air-tight container and seal it properly.

5. Preserve the Moo kimchi in a refrigerator.
